Our returns policy, explained

You have thirty days from delivery to return anything for a full refund. No restocking fee, no explanation required, no need to tell us why.

How it works

• Write to us with your order number and we will send a return address the same day.
• Pack it the way it arrived, if you still have the mailer. If not, any small box will do.
• We refund within two business days of the piece arriving back at the studio.

The one exception

Custom pieces — a breed we do not stock, a specific color, a commissioned design — are not returnable, because there is no second customer for them. We say this before we start the work, not after.

If a piece is wrong, we would rather have it back than have it sit on your shelf as a reminder.

Damaged in transit is a different process: send a photo and we replace it without asking you to ship anything back. Return postage on a figurine costs more than the figurine.
