What 24 pieces actually looks like

Our minimum wholesale order is 24 pieces, and that number is not arbitrary. It is roughly what fits on the print farm in a single uninterrupted run without a machine sitting idle overnight.

Monday: queue and color check

Wholesale orders get color-matched first. If you asked for a specific shade for a store shelf, we print a single test piece and photograph it before committing the whole run.

Tuesday to Thursday: the run

Printers run in shifts. Each plate holds between four and nine figurines depending on size. A 24-piece case is usually three to five plates per model, which is why a wholesale order quotes 10–14 business days instead of 3–5.

Friday: finishing and packing

• Supports removed and contact points sanded by hand.
• Each piece weighed — anything under spec is pulled and reprinted.
• Blind shipping available: your branding on the box, ours nowhere in sight.
• Cases packed in dividers so nothing knocks together in transit.

Retail orders jump the queue ahead of wholesale runs, which is why a single duck ships in 3–5 business days even during a busy wholesale week.
