How long until my order ships?
Every piece is printed to order in Dallas, Georgia. Printing and finishing takes 3–5 business days, then your parcel is handed to the carrier. You will get a tracking number by email the moment it leaves the shop.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as printing has not started. Email [email protected] with your order number as soon as possible and we will take care of it. Once a print is running we cannot stop it, but you can still return the finished piece under our 30-day policy.
Do you take custom orders?
We do. Send us a note through the contact form with the shape, color and quantity you have in mind. Custom runs start at 12 pieces and usually add 1–2 weeks to the timeline.
Where do you ship from and to?
Everything ships from Dallas, Georgia. We ship anywhere in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, and we do not currently offer international delivery.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat $4.95 for orders under $50. Orders of $50 or more ship free anywhere in the US.
Which carriers do you use?
Most orders travel with USPS Ground Advantage. Larger wholesale cases ship with UPS Ground. You will always see the carrier and tracking number in your shipping email.
Are these rubber ducks?
No. Every figurine is 3D printed in PLA plastic, so they are solid, matte and a little heavier than a rubber duck. They do not float and they are not bath toys.
Will my duck survive a hot car dashboard?
PLA softens around 140°F. Dashboard ducks do fine on normal days, but on a hot Southern afternoon please move your pal to the console or the glovebox to avoid any warping.
Why can I see faint lines on the surface?
Those are layer lines — the fingerprint of FDM 3D printing. They are normal, they vary slightly from piece to piece, and they are the reason no two figurines are exactly alike.
Are they safe for children?
Our articulated fidget toys contain small parts and are not intended for children under 3 years old. Adult supervision is recommended, and any damaged piece should be retired immediately.
What is the minimum wholesale order?
24 pieces, mix and match any styles. Discounts start at 25% off retail and reach 45% at the 240-piece tier.
Do you dropship?
We do not dropship, but we do offer blind shipping on wholesale cases so your customers only ever see your branding.
